We arrange deliveries Monday to Friday during standard business hours. Please ensure someone is available to receive your order, as our couriers cannot leave items unattended.

We stand behind the quality of our kitchenware and homeware products. Most items come with a 12-month manufacturer's warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be:

• Unused and in original condition
• In original packaging (where applicable)
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide you with return shipping instructions
4. Pack your item securely and arrange return shipping
5. Once received and inspected, we'll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days

Return Postage Costs:

Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return postage costs. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges: If you're returning an item or requesting an exchange due to change of mind (not defective or damaged), you are responsible for the return postage costs. Please arrange return shipping to the address we provide and include your order number with the package.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed after deduction of return postage costs.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, we're happy to help. Please note that for change of mind exchanges, you are responsible for return postage costs. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Simply mention this when you contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately—no questions asked. Return postage is covered by us.
