Maintenance & Care

• Before first use: wash in hot soapy water with a nylon cloth or brush — do not use harsh scourers
• After cooking, allow to cool before washing — do not add cold water to a hot pan
• Remove food and fat residue with hot soapy water and a nylon cloth; avoid abrasive scourers
• For streak marks caused by high heat, apply a paste of bicarbonate of soda and water in circular motions, then rinse
• Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended to extend the life of the product
• For an "as new" finish, use SCANPAN Steel and Copper Cleaner
