Use & Care

Before first use: Wash in warm soapy water with a non-scratch cloth and dry thoroughly.

Important guidelines:

• Heat in a pre-heated oven only — do not use on stovetop, under grill, or in a toaster oven
• Suitable for electric, gas, or microwave oven (without grill element)
• Do not transfer directly from freezer to oven or vice versa — always thaw food first
• Avoid sudden temperature changes and do not add cold liquid to a hot dish
• Always use oven gloves when handling hot bakeware
• Do not place hot bakeware on cold or wet surfaces — allow to cool on a rack or dry tea towel
• Avoid impact with hard objects; do not use if chipped, cracked, or scratched
• Avoid harsh cleansers and sharp utensils that may scratch the surface
