Care and Use
CAUTION: DO NOT POUR BOILING LIQUIDS DIRECTLY INTO JARS.
Attaching and re-assembling the sauce press attachment:
• Push down on the bar with two hands and twist to release from the hooks inside the hopper.
• Once released from both hooks carefully remove the bar, handle and blade.
• Unscrew the hopper from the jar.
• Once the hopper is fully removed you can then remove the sieve disc.
• To re-assemble, place the sieve disc securely back onto the jar.
• Screw on the hopper and ensure it is securely fastened.
• Insert the bottom of the spindle into the hole in the sieve disc.
• Press down on the bar with two hands and align the holes with the hooks.

Jar:
Wash before first use.
• Wash thoroughly and rinse in clean warm water.
Jars are dishwasher safe.

Lid:
• Wash before first use. Lid can be washed in warm water.

Hopper:
• Wash before first use,
• For easy cleaning, dis-assemble the hopper attachment.
• Sieve disc and hopper are dishwasher safe.
• Handle and blade are hand wash only.
• Take extra care when washing the blade due to sharp edges.
