Use and Care

Hand wash only. Avoid hard detergents that may mark the surface. Acidic foods such as lemon may discolour the surface, however this will not affect performance. Do not use metal utensils or metal scourers. Always use an oven glove when handling hot pans. Before first use, remove all packaging, rinse with warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly.
