The Avanti® Universal Digital Thermometer ensures your food is cooked at its optimal temperature. Simple to use, just insert the probe and the temperature is measured accurately within 4 to 6 seconds. Made of durable stainless steel if features a toggle button that allows you to view the temperature reading in either Celsius or Fahrenheit and has a measuring range of -45°C to +200°C (-49°F to +392°F). It can also check the ambient room temperature.

USE & CARE

• Before first use, remove the plastic strip from the battery compartment.
• Remove the protective film from the LCD display
• Remove the protection cap off probe and clean the sensor with a damp cloth before first use.
• Press the button to turn the thermometer on. The LCD screen will display the current ambient temperature.
• Press the °C/°F button to display the temperature in either Celsius or Fahrenheit.
• Insert the probe at least 2 cm into food or liquid being measured. The reading is accurate once the LCD display is consistent which takes approx. 4 – 6 seconds.
• For measuring the temperatures during roasting and baking, open the oven, pull out the roast or the cake and measure the temperature as described above. Take the thermometer out before putting food back into the oven.
• Press the button for 3 seconds to switch off the thermometer. The unit will power off automatically if there is no operation for 20 minutes.
• Wash probe in hot soapy water after each use to prevent cross contamination and dry immediately.
• Always clean probe after inserting into uncooked meat.
• Do not submerge handle in water
• This item is NOT dishwasher safe.
• Turn the hanger counterclockwise to open the battery compartment
• Replace 2 x LR44 batteries in the compartment as indicated by the polarity symbols (+and-).
• Turn the hanger clockwise to close the battery compartment.

Return Postage Costs:

Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return postage costs. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges: If you're returning an item or requesting an exchange due to change of mind (not defective or damaged), you are responsible for the return postage costs. Please arrange return shipping to the address we provide and include your order number with the package.

Refund Method:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed after deduction of return postage costs.

Exchanges:

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, we're happy to help. Please note that for change of mind exchanges, you are responsible for return postage costs. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Simply mention this when you contact us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately—no questions asked. Return postage is covered by us.
