This light weight, high quality thermal conductive material, speeds up the thawing process dramatically, while preserving all the nutrients and freshness. It features a non-stick surface that makes it easier to remove your defrosted meat, poultry, seafood or other food from the tray, as well as a drip tray that holds the defrosting plate and catches the juices, eliminating mess. The defrosting plate disassemble from the tray for easy cleaning. Easy to Use, simply place frozen food evenly on the defrosting plate. It is recommended to turn item being thawed over a few times.
