Return Postage Costs:
Defective or Damaged Items: We cover return postage costs. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
Change of Mind Returns or Exchanges: If you're returning an item or requesting an exchange due to change of mind (not defective or damaged), you are responsible for the return postage costs. Please arrange return shipping to the address we provide and include your order number with the package.
Refund Method:
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank. Refunds for change of mind returns will be processed after deduction of return postage costs.
Exchanges:
If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or product, we're happy to help. Please note that for change of mind exchanges, you are responsible for return postage costs. Any price differences will be charged or refunded accordingly. Simply mention this when you contact us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or is defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund immediately—no questions asked. Return postage is covered by us.
